T Board

The T-board is a high performance-carving hybrid built specifically to mimic the sensation of carving on a snowboard. Because the wheels form an edge right under the arches of your feet, the carving sensation is one of the purest out there.

With a typical four-wheel board, the more you want it to turn, the harder you have to push on the rail to make the board steer. On the T-board, with speed, you lean your head and your body and board effortlessly follow. If you have ever carved down a slope of fresh powder on your snowboard, you know that pure carving sensation we are talking about. It grounds your soul and gives you a natural buzz. This is the most addictive aspect of snowboarding and surfing. The T-board allows you to fulfill that craving. To get your carve buzz fix when you can't make it to the snow or surf. Nothing comes close to delivering the same riding characteristics.

The T-board is much like a motorcycle; it gains stability as speeds increase. As long as the screws are all tight, there are no speed wobbles. The caster truck design is the most responsive, fluid feeling there is. It turns when the rider leans their center of gravity to a side and responds just as a snowboard would on its edge in powder.

With a four-wheeled board, you lean your body and you push on the rail of the deck with your toes or heels to try to force the board to stay with you. With our board, you lean your body and the board is right with you. You do not have to force the board to follow.

The T- board's pivot point is the asphalt. G-forces travel down the rider's body straight to the asphalt; creating the purest carve possible.

Throw a trainer or small traction kite into the mix and experience endless powder and wave style riding on the flats.

Each of the Tierney Rides Board models is specifically designed for a unique riding application.

The 41" deck (aka. "The Snowboard") is a longboard-style cruiser that accommodates alpine-style carving, and increases stability at speed.

The 38" deck (aka. "The Skate") is shorter deck, which provides a more aggressive style, freestlye tricks and aerial maneuvers.

The rubber "Indy" wheels are specially manufactured to provide a very positive amount of traction on the pavement, accommodating very steep hills and extreme carving angles.

The urethane wheel set provides a faster ride, and maintains speed for a longer period of time on mellow hills for flatland. Also accommodates skate-style tricks and aerial maneuvers.

T-Bushings The T-board comes with 1 standard bumper (blue) for the front of the board. This acts like a coushion when entering your turns. When you lean into a turn the truck squishes against the bumper and gives more resistance the further into the turn you go. Hence propelling you out of the turn!!!
